Thirstday is published by SocialSure Private Limited. This policy explains what the app does with your information.
None. Thirstday collects no personal data, no usage analytics, no crash telemetry and no identifiers. The app has no internet permission, so nothing you enter can leave the phone through it.
Your plants, their rooms and notes, each care task and its history, the photos you pick for a plant, saved window spots, light readings and day logs are stored in the app's own storage on your device. A photo you pick is copied into the app's private folder; the original is never changed. Android may include this data in your device backup under your own Google account settings.
You can save all of it to a file of your choosing at any time (Settings, Save backup file) and restore it on any phone. Deleting a plant removes its tasks, history and photos. Uninstalling the app removes everything the app stored.
Thirstday is free and sells one optional one-time unlock. Google Play sells the unlock in the Google Play Store app under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Thirstday only asks the Play Store app whether the Google account on this phone owns the unlock, keeps that answer on the phone, and sends nothing anywhere: the app has no internet permission. The answer is left out of backups: a new phone asks Google Play again. For a refund within 48 hours use Google Play; after that, write to the support address below.
The light check uses the phone's ambient light sensor, which needs no permission. Readings stay on the phone.
Thirstday contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no third-party SDKs that collect data. The Google Play Billing Library is included only to talk to the Google Play Store app on the phone.
Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.
